Pickup:  Tuesday June 11th, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Payment in full at pickup by cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card (w/ $1000 max & 5% processing fee) - 15% Buyer's Premium applies and sales tax where applicable!!

**Everyone must come to 733 Old Hwy 27 to pay for your items. Arrangements will then be made to pick up from the other houses!!**

Inspection:  May 28th, 4 - 6 PM; June 4th, 4 -6 PM; June 7th, 10 AM - Noon

Lots 196 - 500 & 565 are located at House 1 - 733 Old Hwy 27 (Hwy 27 north, Left on Kay Conley, Left on Old Hwy 27, House on left)

Lots 501 - 547 are located at House 2 - 15 N Hwy 27/Kay Conley Rd (Hwy 27 north, Left on Kay Conley, House on right)

Lots 550 - 564 are located at House 3 - E. Turnipseed Rd/N Hwy 27 (Hwy 27 north, driveway on right before E. Turnipseed Rd)

Gun Sales:  All guns will be transferred through the Corner Pawn Shop located at 300 W. Main St., LaFayette, GA

Buyer must pay for gun on Sale Pickup Day at 733 Old Hwy 27.  Then take proof of payment to the Corner Pawn Shop.  You will have to complete a registration form and pay them $30.
