Inspection:  July 16th, 4:00 - 6:00 PM & July 22nd, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Real Estate Terms:  20% Down at Bid Close - Balance in 30 days - 10% Buyer's Premium applies

Personal Property Terms:  Payment in full at pickup by cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card (w/ $1000 max & 5% processing fee) - 15% Buyer's Premium applies and sales tax where applicable!!  

Pickup:  Wednesday 7/24 , 9 AM - 3 PM

NO WARRANTIES:  Each item will be sold As-Is, Where-Is, without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability.  All sales are Final.  No refunds or returns.

We try to list these items as accurately as we can; however, we are not experts on all the items we sell.  The auctioneer does not guarantee authenticity, year, make, model, miles, hours, running condition, or physical condition of any item in our auctions.

All bidders are encouraged to inspect the product before bidding.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.  

INTERNET BIDDING:  We are providing online internet bidding through a third party.  We are not responsible if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction and will not be responsible for any "missed" bids.

AUCTION SITE:  All visitors at the auction site are there at their own risk and agree the auction site is potentially dangerous.  Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
